A team favorite, "Mac and Cheese" celebrates two historical icons of the Jura, the unique fortified wine, Macvin, and Comté cheese.
Macvin has been produced in the Jura for more than six centuries and is made by adding french brandy, "Marc" and wine. When paired with the creamy and nutty Comté, the Macvin brings a honeyed citrus that takes you right to the French Alps.$19
